Joins us for our 2nd Fall Carnival! We will have fun games to play, food, face painters and much much more. Check back here for an updated list of events.

10+ Reasons Not to Miss Fall Carnival

  1. Sequoia Teachers and Staff will be in the Splash Booth 

  2. There will be FREE Face Painting

  3. There will be prizes to win! Like Squirrel things and maybe "Goldfish"!

  4. There is an EPIC Main Raffle, scroll down to see where prizes are coming from. 

  5. There will be a KIDS RAFFLE that is free to enter! With prizes kids actually want.

  6. There will be FREE POPCORN, FREE COTTON CANDY and FREE APPLES in our Farmer Joe's apple orchard. Thank you and we ♥️ Farmer Joe's. 

  7. There will be PLANTS grown by our 4th Graders that you need to buy and bring to your home and take care of forever. 

  8. There will be a SPOOK ALLEY designed by our amazing 5th GRADERS!

  9. There will be oodles of games to play and crafts to make. Most of them for free!

  10. Ms. E will be selling her super cute earrings and jewelry.
  11. There will be a DJ playing all the hits (i.e. Golden on repeat)
  12. There will be a special performance by the Ballet Folclórico Ruth Correa.

Schedule of Events

Come anytime on Saturday to enjoy the fun. Games, food and SPOOK but here are couple events that are only happening for a limited time:

  • 11:30am- 12:00pm - Spook Alley walkthrough. Non-scary
  • 11:00am-12:00pm - Henna by 5th Grader Lily
  • 12:00pm-2:00pm - Spook Alley is set to scary - beware!
  • 12:30pm-1:30pm - The D.J. (Mr. D.J.) that is will be "IN" to provide jokes and advice that only he can. 
  • 1:30pm - Performance by  Ballet Folclórico Ruth Correa.
  • 2:00pm-2:30pm - Final Spook Alley walkthrough. Non-scary

    • 12 Tickets = $40.00
    • 15 Tickets = $50.00

Advance Raffle Ticket Sales

  • Friday 10/17 - 3pm-3:30pm and 4:45pm-5:30pm @ Sequoia Elementary on the yard. 
  • Friday 10/17 - 8am-8:45am @ Sequoia Elementary near the Green Gate
  • Sunday 10/5 - 12:30pm-5pm @ Sequoia's Booth at OAKTOBERFEST
  • Saturday 10/4 - 12pm-5pm @ Sequoia's Booth at OAKTOBERFEST
  • Friday 10/3 - 3pm-5:30pm @Farmer Joe's Marketplace (Fruitvale location)

Raffle Rules

  • You do not need to be present to win the raffle contests, but there may be some giveaways at the carnival
  • Winners will be drawn following the carnival so you can purchase tickets in advance if you are unable to attend
  • Kids raffle only: kids under 12 will be given an activity passport which once they complete will be their free raffle ticket.
  • Adults may purchase additional raffle tickets to enter the kids raffle.

Volunteers are critical to the success of this event. Sign up to volunteer here. We still need a few more volunteers and you do not need to be Ed Fund Cleared to volunteer at this event.
